PSI NCARB Exam appointment registration error

Does anyone keep getting the error below when trying to register for an exam? What am I doing wrong? I have been speeding through the forms, I can't understand why it is saying I've reached a time limit.

  Try clean your browser cache and cookies before scheduling, I experienced similar things.
