Accidental rotation of resource PDFs in Case Studies. How to fix?
Hello!
Once during an exam and recently on one of the new NCARB Practice exams, I have mistakenly rotated one of the resources provided for the Case Studies by 90 degrees, making it really hard to read the resource itself. I haven't been able to figure out how it happened and how to revert to the original page orientation.
Does anyone have experience with this, or could anyone from NCARB please advise on a solution, to avoid it happens in the future?
Thank you!

Did you use a mouse wheel to zoom? Some have reported a bug whereby zooming with a mouse wheel on a home computer (not in testing center) messed things up like that. Did you take your exam from home? I passed that on to Michelle @ NCARB in June….If you think this might have been the cause you might avoid the mouse wheel and zoom with the magnifying glass +\- on screen…..or test at PSI.
