WARNING - PSI Online Proctor Name/ID do not match

I just ran through my first trial run for PSI online proctored test, and they would not let me continue because my NCARB record is under "Christopher Matthew Sotire" but my drivers license says "Christopher M. Sotire"...

They are that serious - be warned

  Also side note, I just looked it up - NCARB guidelines state first and last name have to match completely. This must be a PSI thing

  Hi Christopher,

  Thank you for letting us know about your experience.  We have discussed this with PSI and reconfirmed that only the first and last name need to match as noted in the ARE 5.0 Guidelines.  PSI will work with their proctor team to ensure you and others don't run into this issue in the future.

  This is still an issue. My proctor almost did not let me take my last exam because he said the names did not match. After panicking and calling the help line, he finally released the exam after almost an hour delay. It all worked out in the end, but not an ideal way to start an exam.
