    Your online testing experience is not what we expect from our testing vendor, PSI. Please reach out to NCARB Customer Service and report your experience so we can work with PSI directly to address this issue. They will also be able to discuss the next steps on your exam administration. Again, thank you for your feedback.

    Thank you for your prompt response. I sent a message to NCARB customer service prior to this post. Is there any possibility that I can get my provisional score immediately?

    Isaac,

    You'll need to wait for your official score report to become available in your NCARB Record. If you tested today, it should be available by Saturday.
