Terrible PSI Online experience
I just THIS MORNING had a serious issue with PSI online and my PPD exam (which is my LAST EXAM). I started to take the exam this morning at 9 a.m. I had an issue before even starting the exam and contacted their tech support. After 30 mins, I was finally able to start the exam. Then after completing more than 80% of the exam, I went to take a break, which was approved by the proctor. When I returned, there was an error message on the screen and said they have high volume issues and to restart the PSI browser. I restarted the browser and there was an Alert message that said that the proctoring session had been completed. I called PSI technical support, spoke to several people and they said they could not restart my exam and also could not even give me my provisional feedback (since it is possible that I did pass with the answers I had already given. They said someone would contact me in 3-5 business days. I am just sitting here in shock. Even if I get a credit to take my exam, this isn't right.

Your online testing experience is not what we expect from our testing vendor, PSI. Please reach out to NCARB Customer Service and report your experience so we can work with PSI directly to address this issue.
