Horrible Experience in PSI-New York-116th street
Yesterday on Sunday, I had the worst test experience ever with PSI- new york uptown-116 st.
First, the testing room is in a basement, and the two of the bathroom in this basement is not working!! The only staff, who I assume is a high schooler told me to go out to Wendy's for bathroom!!! I had my PDD test which takes FOUR ENTIRE HOURS and I need to hold myself entire time to finish the exam.
Second, no security check and no quite regulation. A guy was literally playing his phone on speaker in the waiting room---- where is so close to the testing room. And the table for the test is literally like 3' long and two people sharing that same desk with a whiteboard dividing the desk! My computer is not even equipped with a headset ---- the guy sits two seats next to me was coughing so much during my exam....
Compare to prometric, PSI is unacceptable. and Prometric experience feels like heaven.
My friend went to Time square location this weekend and told me she had the same experience.
what can we do to improve this experience??

Hi Xueyan,
What you are describing in your post is unacceptable and not what NCARB expects from PSI. Please report your experiences to NCARB Customer Service, and we will reach out to PSI directly to address these issues. Thanks again for posting this information about your testing experience.
