PSI Online proctoring - Need speakers?

I've seen a couple posts below about proctors speaking to tell test takers to remove tissues, don't move your mouth etc... Do we need a speaker of some sort attached to the computer to hear them if they speak to us during a test?

  Yes, you need a computer with speakers, as well as an external camera with microphone.
