Pedestrian path requirements at Park
I can't add in my screenshot but with the new ncarb practice question number 79 for the PPD q&a, why is crutch Stone a better option than concrete pavers. Although the question asks for the maximum infiltration, does this mean in Parks we do not have to care about accessibility at all? Assuming so, where can I read more about this topic for accessibility requirements in parks? Thanks!

Water infiltration means that the surface is permeable, so rain water can pass through, rather than run off. Pavers aren't very permeable, except for the spaces between them. If the question doesn't ask about ADA, then don't consider ADA in your answer. Only public paths would need to be accessible anyway, not driveways or roads.
Hope this helps!
