Bad PSI Online experience

I just took CE on PSI online proctoring and got a provisional pass. However, the experience was horrible. I logged in around 12:35 for a 1:00pm exam. For the first time launching the software, it forced my computer to restart for some reason...Once I finally logged on,  I had to wait for the proctor to verify my details for almost a hour. I was just waiting there doing nothing until the exam was able to be launched at around 1:25. I took two other exams previously at home with Prometrics and the check in process was much faster, less than 20 minutes.

During the exam, the proctor kept asking me to show my whole face for about 5 times, which also did not happen before. (I believe my face is properly shown...) 

The worst part was at the end. After I clicked on end exam and viewed my feedback, which is provisional pass, luckily. I informed the proctor that I am ready to end the session. He/she sent me some sort of paragraph, saying you can't take screenshot, and all of a sudden I was kicked out of the browser...I did not even finish reading that sentence. So weird...euhh, I just hope that my score was recorded.
