    Likely Pass means you do pass it. Congratulations! It shows "like" because it was not an official report at that moment.

    Thanks! I feel good, but I'll feel better when I get the official word from NCARB.

    Barry,

    NCARB has addressed this question in the past.  Really the only reason you would not pass after having received a "likely pass" is if someone thinks you cheated somehow, or if there was some sort of irregularity on your exam that would make someone question something you did ethically.  Assuming you're a good guy - you passed! :).
