Cannot Schedule with PSI
I knew about the upcoming PSI change and tried to migrate to it over a month ago, since I knew NCARB would shut down the scheduling tab from June 6 - June 10, but after many emails with 3 different representatives, I had no luck. Now at the end of NCARB's maintenance week, I received an email saying I will not be able to schedule my exams until after June 24th! It's been very disheartening to not be able to schedule my exams for over two months now. I keep being told that they have fixed the issue, but Prometric is the only option that comes up for scheduling the exams. If NCARB could please let me know what is going on, and be transparent about the issues, it would be very relieving.

Sorry for the delay in your migration. For an unknown reason, one of your exam eligibilities continued to be rejected by the system, thus causing an inability to migrate. We have found about 60 candidates out of the 35,000+ that are experiencing anomalies such as this. We are actively working on each case attempting to find a solution for each. The good news in your case is that we were able to get your PSI eligibilities to populate late today. If you log into your Record, you should find that you have been automatically migrated adn shoudl now be able to schedule with PSI.
