Owner - Architect Contract Termination

We know that the owner can terminate the contract at anytime without any reason. Does that work the same way for the architect? Can the architect also terminate the contract at anytime without any reason too?

  No, the architect cannot terminate the contract without any reason. The architect can terminate the contract if the owner fails to perform or suspends the project for over 90 days.
