No test center within 500 miles

Hello all, 

I tried to schedule an exam with PSI today and I migrated from PROMETRIC to PSI already. But when I get into the " find a test center" step, it always shows "there are no test centers within 500 miles of your search location". I am in Vancouver, BC. And I tried to search Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and even Canada and just turned out the same result. But there are several available date in Seattle. I'm wondering if all the PSI center in Canada are NOT open yet? And I have to go to the states to take the exam?

Anyone in Canada have the same situation with me?

  Please reach out to NCARB Customer Service with your concern, and they will work with PSI to address timeslot availability in the Vancouver area.
