I had an online exam scheduled last week but the proproctor software kept crushing. I called and contacted via chat their customers service FOUR time, tried it on three different computer, all the same result. The customer service was extremely incompetent and rude, just telling me to reschedule. I emailed NCARB customer service only to get a copy-past template answer saying “ untimely, are are here to support”??? Not only I wasted the exam fee but also half day of PTO from work.
