Unable to Schedule exams with PSI

I received a postcard from NCARB today (26 April) that stated that today was possible to migrate to PSI and schedule exams with PSI but it's NOT possible.

The system has only PROMETRIC as a choice.

Can someone please let me know what's going on!

  Hi Sheila,

  The ability to migrate your exam eligibilities to PSI and schedule exams will be turned on later today.  Hang tight for a few more hours!

  IF we were to migrate today however, one cannot schedule a test until after June 14th?

  Hi Michele,

  That is correct. The first day to officially test with PSI is June 14th.

  Are we able to buy seats now, and book exams for the week of June 20th 2022? Booking as PSI

  Yes, you can buy exam seats and schedule exams with PSI for the week of June 20th.

  Yes, I booked my exam for the 25 of June as PSI just few hrs ago. 

  I tried to book it at 12:05 am ET on April 26 and the system was not working yet. That's when I wrote my frustrated post.

  Now the system works perfectly.

  The location that I was planning to schedule with PSI is not available/coming up as an option on the website. Yesterday during the zoom they mentioned that this is a reoccurring issue and that they are working to get all locations available asap. Since PSI now offers ‘free’ reschedules, does this mean that I can book the test centre I don’t want, then later reschedule to the location I do want, once it becomes available on the website? Does booking a location mean you are bound to that location? Is reschedule mean one can only change date + time?

  Hi Stephanie, 

  You are correct. When you reschedule an ARE division, you will have the opportunity to change the delivery modality (online/in-person) and the test center location.
