CE fail
I took the CE again this morning and based on the provisional result, it's likely to fail again. Like what happened previously during the exam, I believe the case study is where I lost most of the scores.
A few background info: I left more than 1.5 hours for two case studies, which I believe is plenty time. Also search function has been quite intensely used during the exam. However, certain questions still can't be tied back the the reference materials.(based on my assumption, at least half of the questions are not related to references). I did Black Spectacle mock exams and the experience is quite opposite.
Anyone has suggestions of how to proceed? I used Ballast and Black Spectacle, also memorized A101, B101, A201. Also spent a lot time on CSI. The result is just very frustrating...

Hi Jun,
Sorry to hear that you failed.
Are you getting hung up on 1 or 2 questions that you cannot find the answer to and wasting time? There shouldn't be more than 1 or 2 questions that you cannot find the reference materials for. Skip any questions that you don't understand or cannot find the reference materials for.
I actually think that 1.5 hrs on the case studies may be too long.
I'd continue studying and re-take it as soon as you can.
Hope this helps!

Jun,
I highly recommend listening to the following Schiff Hardin lectures multiple times before your next retake of CE:
