Applying for Testing Eligibility in Colorado

Hello NCARB community. I have a simple question - I am filling out the application for eligibility to begin testing in Colorado and the application asks for my "NCARB AXP number" and date on which I applied for it.

 

Is this simply asking for my NCARB record number and the date that I began my NCARB record? If not, where do I find my "NCARB AXP number". Thank you for the help!

  Hi Maria,

  Since you are referring to a Colorado application, which is outside of the control of NCARB, I recommend calling the Colorado board directly at 303-894-7800 (dora_dpo_licensing@state.co.us).

  There is no AXP number, and as you mentioned in your post, they are most likely asking for your NCARB Record number.
