First Exam, was never even able to login to my exam. How long does prometric take to reschedule?
On Sunday I did the Test run with no incident, log in was smooth, check in smooth, got a proctor quickly. So with that I felt good scheduling my first exam for Wednesday.
On Wednesday I go to login to the exam..."Please try again later". Wait a couple minutes "Please try again later". Restart my computer "Please try again later". Reinstall Pro Proctor "Please try again later". At this point my exam is just under 20 minutes away so I call the support line and sit on hold 8 minutes, they don't know what's going on they'll have to call me back. Call me back 20 minutes after my exam was suppose to begin "This won't be resolved today here is your ticket number".
Finally got an email last night saying my appointment was cancelled. I've tried using their rescheduler but it says my confirmation is expired. I've now also sent a message to NCARB but I would like to reschedule as soon as possible so my studying schedule isn't too affected.

You need to contact NCARB within 15 days. Here's the #, Customer Relations team at 202-879-0520
That's absolutely awful! You should get a FREE rescheduled exam immediately.

When a similar situation happened to me several months ago, it took NCARB two weeks to lift the two-month waiting period to 'retake' the exam. They fortunately waived the reschedule fees, but being held in a holding pattern until they finally allowed me to reschedule was enough to kill the momentum I had going at the time.
I completely understand the frustration - sorry you're having to experience it too.
