No testing centers available in Dallas

Is anyone else having a hard time scheduling an exam in Dallas, Tx? The new prometric scheduling system seems to be malfunctioning. Within minutes I get different testing options between no availability or availability in another city 2 hours away every time I refresh the page. Dallas has two testing centers and before the latest switch to the new scheduling program it was always easy to find a seat.

  Hi Brooke,

  We just looked into this and can confirm that there is availability at Prometric test centers in Dallas over the next several months. You can only select a two week period of time within the Prometric scheduler, so you may need to adjust your search criteria to see available dates.

  Hello. 

  I am keeping my search within the two week time period. I have even tried less but there is no luck. I have searched around and found that other testers are having the same problem as well.

  I included a screenshot of what I am seeing on my end. This is the results I get no matter which month or 2 week time frame I select.  Please let me know if I am doing something wrong on  my end.

  Hi Brooke,

  You'll need to adjust your dates to late-March or April to see appointment availability in Dallas. If you continue to have issues finding a testing time, I recommend reaching out to NCARB Customer Service for additional support.
