NCARB Printed Certificate - Long Wait Time

Has anyone experienced EXTREMELY long wait times to receive your printed NCARB certificate? I was awarded the certificate in September 2021, and was told it takes 8-10 weeks maximum to be printed and mailed. I’ve followed up with Customer Service multiple times. Most of the time they don’t reply or answer the phone. I was finally told late December the printed certificate was “in the mail” … and I still haven’t received anything. Frustrating. By the way, it is 2022 - why hasn’t NCARB made a PDF certificate available online?
