Canceled Exam
The night before my exam, Prometric canceled my exam with no reasoning. It says that it will take then up to a week to contact me which is so frustrating. It takes months just to be able to book an appointment in our area. I'm not sure what the best thing to do right now is. Has anyone else had this happen to them and what was the solution?

In a situation where Prometric cancels an exam, their customer support team will reach out to you directly to reschedule your exam. If you don't hear anything from Prometric in the next few days, I recommend reaching out to NCARB Customer Service for assistance with rescheduling your exam.
