ProProctor online exam no dates available after 2/8/22

I am trying to schedule my PPD exam for April 2022. I have already bought a seat and when I go to schedule my appointment with ProProctor, they only let me book out until February 8th. I used to be able to book out months in advance. I have tried signing up for the past 3 days thinking that they limited how far you can book out in 2022, however the last online sign up date is still listed as February 8th and then everything after is greyed out. Any updates as to why this is happening?

Hi Melissa,

Scheduling is available with Prometric through the end of May. You can only search a two week window within the Prometric scheduler, so you'll need to adjust your start and end dates in the search criteria. As an example, if you set your search start date to January 26th, you'll only be able to see appointments out until February 9th.

If you continue to experience issues while attempting to schedule your exam, I recommend reaching out to NCARB Customer Service for additional support.
