Prometric Test Centers + NCARB COVID Policy
I had a test scheduled on the 6th. Tested positive for Corvid. Paid $55 to change the date to the 8th (after my quarantine). Then received an email on the 5th stating that Prometric canceled my exam. No further info. Haven't received any refund, and have no idea when or how I can take the test.
NCARB's site states "If your test center is unexpectedly closed during your appointment due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, Prometric will contact you to reschedule your exam at no cost."
Has anyone had any experience with this, and how long did it take Prometric to contact you?

Hi Gerald,
If a Prometric test center is closed and they cancel your exam, they will reach out to you to reschedule your exam. If you don't hear anything from Prometric in the next few days, I recommend contacting NCARB Customer Service for additional support.
