I took my PA exam the second time recently, prepared the exam with Architectural Graphics Standards, Site and Planning, Problem and Seeking (Pena), and bought practice questions from PPI2 from the Kaplan website. I felt pretty confident after completing the exam because I knew how to answer most of the questions. I also made doubly sure to study the areas that I was weak at the first time.
My first attempt score report:
Area 1 Environmental & Contextual Conditions: level 4
Area 2 Codes & Regulations: level 2
Area 3 Site Analysis & Programming: level 2
Area 4 Building Analysis & Programming: level 3
However I still failed... and this time the score report weirdly is the opposite from my first attempt:
Area 1 Environmental & Contextual Conditions: level 2
Area 2 Codes & Regulations: level 3
Area 3 Site Analysis & Programming: level 3
Area 4 Building Analysis & Programming: level 2
I am confused about how I failed areas that I was fine at the first attempt. I also don't know how to prepare for the exam next time...
Thoughts? Any suggestions to improve for the next time?
