    I just ran into this frustrating issue yesterday. The ProProctor technician and I exhausted all possible fixes, but the new updated version is still not working on my IMAC OS 10.15. I was also able to take 2 previous remotely-proctored AREs before on the same computer before the software update.

    Unfortunately forced to reschedule and reached out to NCARB, but have not heard back yet.

    Has anyone had this problem recently? The last time I took a proctored exam was in September with MAC OS 10.14.6, worked fine but that was pre the discussed updates and I have an exam in two days, wondering if the issue  may have been solved by now?
