Did not get preliminary exam feedback, exiting test prompted to 'end exam'
Upon finishing my test I requested to see the provisional feedback, it seemingly skipped the page and just showed an 'exit exam' screen. When I clicked exit exam it asked if I wanted to abandon the exam. The Proctor assured me I should click exit regardless (even though I have never seen this before).
NCARB, was my score recorded??? Why did this happen?

Hi Claire,
Exams are scored and recorded when you complete the question portion of the administration. I can confirm that your exam was scored and recorded. Your official score report will be available in your record tomorrow.
I also recommended reaching out to NCARB Customer Service to report your provisional feedback issue.

This just happened to me as well. There was no option to click anything but "end exam" after I received the note that I likely passed the exam. Upon clicking end exam you get a popup that says "are you sure you want to abandon your exam"? Would clicking this delete the test I just took?

I see. Thx for the explanation. It's just a poor choice of words for ProProctor to be using AFTER the exam has been submitted and scored. Closing the program is all that is sought by clicking "end exam". "Abandoning" sounds so much more ominous that it freaked me out - like I was deleting my exam results. Anyways, thanks again.

I'm so relieved to see this post. I just experienced this, received a provisional pass, and after talking to the proctor, the only option to exit was "abandoning" the exam. In the past I've not been able to see my provisional results if the proctor wasn't able to get to me and the test just timed out. I didn't want that to happen again so I clicked the end exam button 2 seconds before the end, while still waiting for the proctor to respond.
