NCARB's test taking unaccountability
I am requesting that NCARB consider not limiting a 3 attempt maximum test taking within a 12-month period for the same test when technical issues were present and reported, or if a "fail credit" is obtained that erasing it from the record could be disputed if technical issues were present during the test. There is enough reasonable evidence of unaccountability and gross incompetence in the test taking process per my experience.
I would like to point out the amount of technical issues in both: remote & in-person testing have been increasing per my experience and it is unsettling. Timeline of technical issues date from 01/28/2020 through 09/07/2021, totaling 6 test-taking with an average of +14 total technical issues. ALL issues were reported and recorded at their point in time: they vary from a 2 hour start/launching delay, seconds to minutes of freezing, computer relocation, room testing relocation, whiteboard freezing, calculator not launching, to list a few. I find ALL these issues unacceptable challenges that affect test performance for test takers and given a "free seat credit" shall not be the only acceptable mediation.
