HVAC - PjM Content?

Question 1 of the 'Contracts' quiz in the Ballast Practice Problems book asks which type of HVAC system is appropriate for nursing home...  It seems out of place for the contracts section.  Is it likely we will see this on the exam? Do I need to study the advantages of different building systems for a given scenario for the PjM exam?

  You may see a question or two but I wouldn’t suggest dedicating time to studying HVAC systems. Your time would be better spent focusing on and mastering the big picture content.

  You are unlikely to see a question like that on PjM.  Selecting an HVAC system happens during preliminary design, and is a question I'd say you should study for PPD and/or PDD.

  Study the AIA contracts (A101, B101, A201) and AHPP the Project Delivery section for PjM.  That's 90% of the exam.

  Of course, HVAC selection and coordination is a major part of project management.
