Xfinity doesn’t play nice with Prometric

After being kicked off of my exam and literally spending two hours trying to reconnect/drowning due to inadequate tech support/ and restarting everything everywhere in my house twelve times - I had the idea to use my phone hotspot which worked! They do not recommend it, but it helped me in a pinch. Xfinity I believe blocked Prometric after an hr of testing - specifically when PDFs were involved. I don’t know if it will work, but next time I’m going to disable xfinitys advanced security for the time I’m doing the test. Yikes man… hope this helps someone else. This testing online is a joke. Hopefully the new company rolls out soon and way better.
