PcM Pass
PcM pass - first try. For anyone looking around on the forums for a feel on exam order, PcM - PjM - CE is the order of most general to most specific in terms of what you need to know, but all three have a ton of overlap. I personally liked taking CE > PjM > PcM because after dissecting the contracts for the CE exam, I didn't need to study contracts for the other two exams, whereas I would've had to study the contracts in increasing depth the other way around.
For PcM I watched the pluralsight videos as an overview but focused on the relevant sections in AHPP - this covers probably 95% of the exam.
Topics to focus on:
- ethical conduct
- understand the financial equations and financial terminology. Sometimes the question will not use the terminology outright (ex. salary in lieu of direct labor) so you'll need to know what info you're provided and solving for.
- legal structures, pros/cons of each
- know the concepts, in general, of: evidence based design, risk management, insurances, payment options, project delivery methods
- contracts: responsibilities (in general) of parties, basic vs additional services, wording (architects don't make guarantees!)

If anyone else is looking for advice on the Practice Management exam, I made a video explaining the best study materials and how I passed the exam in one month. Check out the video here: https://youtu.be/OTme7fsJBhw
