I have let NCARB know my feelings over their "contact us" page as well, however I'd like to discuss this here as well. Regarding NCARB's email correspondence this morning regarding new calculator and improved whiteboard; quote from the email:
"The majority of technical issues for online testers are caused by short lapses in internet connectivity from an online tester’s service provider, which results in Prometric halting the exam delivery until a new internet connection is established."
It is shameful, and despicable for NCARB and Prometric to continue to blame candidates for Prometric's downfalls. This information is blatantly not true, candidates as well as independent technical experts can prove that this is false information. I understand NCARB just receives this information from "experts" but I'm letting you know, that you've hired incompetent people if they truly are finding this. The disconnects are a result of Prometric's ARCHAIC software.
