    Hi Jonathan,

I found it very helpful to make flashcards with each to memorize the specific formula. That said, I recommend focusing on understanding the concept behind the formula, what it means, what it's used for, when it's applied. The formulas become more intuitive when you have a clear understanding of all the parts & pieces.

    Hope this helps, good luck!

In addition to the notecards, i used the charts on AHPP chapter 10, I think. Essentially, what i did to really understand the formulas was to create my own project/ firm. Then i just invented a project budget and worked my way from there. However, what really helped me understand the math problems tremendously was the AmberBook. Hyperfine videos are also super helpful. Ben walks you through the math problems from the assignments. It's a lot easier than it looks once you really understand the concept. I hope this helps.

Thank you so much. Amber book just came in the mail a day or two ago. It is a world of difference than the other prep books. Architects being visual people are probably more attuned to this. Thank you so much for your advice

I have been using 21st Night App from Tutor Trevor Klees book, “Guide to The Overwhelmed” to make flash cards. There is so much material out there, it gets overwhelming
