During my last online proctored exam, 3 different Prometric agents asked me to open my laptop, while it was connected to an external monitor. This will always inevitably disrupt the connection to the external monitor, causing it to go black. Afterwards, I had to log out and relaunch ProProctor.
Is there a way to avoid this issue, perhaps by not requiring candidates to open the laptop?
Please note that only VERY FEW Prometric agents have asked me to do this.
