Pro Proctor Tech Support Phone Numbers

Incase anyone else looks for them - Prometric Pro Proctor contact tech support phone numbers (they didn't tell me the difference but one candidate had success with second):

800-226-7958

I requested these this morning during my test run appointment, which I'm glad to have experienced. I feel like these should be in huge bold text within our confirmation appointment emails that are sent to us. Not that they'll solve all the listed problems in this Topic Forum however hope they come in handy for someone. Maybe I missed it but I couldn't find a phone number on the Pro Proctor "help" or "contact us" page. Good luck with the glitches my fearless ARE family.

  I took my exam today and needed tech support and the proctors asked me to contact the chat tech than support and it was of no help as I was waiting for more 1 hr to talk to a human this tech support is no help!!

  Ugh. I'm so sorry Gargi. Good to know, and very sad.. Ncarb should be embarrassed. Thought I would share, since there are no phone numbers listed anywhere I could find online...

  That happened to me yesterday - were you getting auto-booted out of the chat too? i.e. after providing your confirmation # they just auto-end the chat?
