Where to find the Sore Report?

Can anyone explain to me how to access a score report. I was sent an email that reads " You can now view your score report  __ through your NCARB Record", but when I go to Ncarb record I do not see it. First I clicked on the exam tab but it only shows my exam schedule. Can someone please direct me of how to access my report and tell me what I am doing wrong?

  Within your NCARB Record, select the Exams tab. You should be able to click on the word "Fail" or "Pass" to the right of the exam whose report you want to see. You will get a pop-up window that says "Score Report" at the bottom. You will get another pop-up to open or save the report.
