thermal mass cooling not good for large building? why
Can someone please explain to me? I am seeing different answers in different materials.
Some said thermal mass cooling is only good for small building and some said is good for large and small building.
Appreciate your help.

Passive thermal heating is most important in small buildings where most rooms include an outside wall or roof…..thermal mass is useful for passive thermal heating (holds heat for longer and moderates temperature spikes when the sun shines in). Thermal mass, inboard of the insulation, will also moderate those spikes in large buildings.
