Can't reschedule my exam

Hi,

There seems to be an issue with my rescheduling system. I need to reschedule my in-person exam within the 48-hour window, but I only have about 24 hours remaining to do so, and I’m currently unable to reschedule.

Could you please let me know what is causing this issue and advise me on what I should do if the 48-hour deadline passes and I still cannot reschedule my exam?

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.
