PASSED!!!

I passed my final ARE exam (PPD), and I received the official confirmation on Friday!

This journey took much longer than I ever expected. There were times when I felt frustrated, exhausted, and wondered if I would ever reach the finish line. But today, I can finally say: it's done.

I'm incredibly happy, relieved, and proud to have completed all six exams. Looking back, every setback, retake, and late-night study session was part of the journey.

I started with ARE 4.0 and transitioned to 5.0 for PA, PPD, and PDD. Since English is not my first language, the additional testing time made a huge difference, especially for PA, where the questions can be lengthy and nuanced.

A few resources that helped me along the way:

• Amber Book helped me visualize and better understand many concepts.
• Elif's videos, practice exams, and test-taking strategies were invaluable for learning how to break down questions, especially for PA and PPD.
• Young Architect was a great resource for PPD and PDD.
• The NCARB monographs on Wind, Seismic, and Acoustics were extremely helpful for PPD.

To anyone still working through the AREs: keep going. Progress isn't always linear, and everyone's path is different.
