Differences between required closeout documents for contractor

I had done some background work on this and want to better discern why these are the correct responses. Since the architect is the one producing supplemental drawings, It just seems like a misleading answer and the punchlist or payapp seem like better answers for project close out since the Architect reviews these and the contractor issues them

The question is asking what record documents must the contractor provide to the architect for review.
Record documents would be used to capture the as-built conditions and modifications made to the original drawing set and bound contract documents issued as part of the contract. Payment applications, punch list, and addenda would not be part of record documents that capture these changes. Change orders capture the scope and cost of changes, supplemental drawings make up the gap between the IFC set and the change directives given, and submittals catalog the relevant products being specified and used.
