Please, Please, Please....!
Hi future architects,
I have a tip... PLEASE do not take PcM as your first exam. I have worked with many candidates who have failed it (repeatedly). PcM's pass rate is lower than CE and PjM. The exam covers topics like the legal structure of architecture firms, HR, liability insurance, and management. Most candidates don't have any experience in these areas!
Pass CE and PjM first!
Good luck!!
Best regards,

Stephen,
Well, that sounds odd. Were the letters things like PM (project manager) or PA (project architect)?
Years experience should have been a category…

Thanks for this post. I wish I saw this a couple days ago. I took the Pcm on June 22 and I've been using Amber Book to study. I passed the PcM practice exam and Amber book practice exam. I know for certain I did not pass the exam on Monday. The information did not seem similar to me.
I left defeated but determined. What are your suggestion on my next steps? should I change study material? My plan is to schedule the exam for project management in July, but I'm a little hesitant from this last exam.
I also have the ARE brightwood study material but I don't feel like its been super helpful. I could also be over studying as well. I'm trying to find a consistent way of studying while not jumping to several didn't study material
