About Community Post Approval

Hello everyone, When I comment on a post in the community, it says that my post is pending for approval. However, I haven't read anything like that in the community guidelines. Is this a specific treatment just for myself because of any unintentional wrong-doing I might have done in the past, or is this the same for every member? Thanks for the insights.
