If you want to geek out in Structures
Hello All! I jussed passed my last exam PPD this morning and I am done with AREs, phew!
I don't really have too many suggestions other than suggesting there is no shortcuts or easy way, you just need to study, go over the things couple of times.
I just wanted to share 2 resources which I felt like that is not very shared throughout this community related to structures. I think these resources are not too necessary for AREs in particular but helped me greatly to understand the diagrams, concepts... My husband is an aerospace structural analyst so the resources were recommended by him to me so I can understand better. If you want to geek out:
https://mechanicalc.com/calculators/beam-analysis/
The above link is a tool that you can play with load, define the pinned, fixed connections, point loads or dist. loads, and provides you shear and moment diagrams. I found it fun, it you just want to understand how diagrams work.

The above link is for the book 'Design of Welded Structures'. It is full of very good information if you just want to understand the structures in deep.
Just putting out there, good luck!
