Testing Accommodation Concerns

The testing accommodations process that requires calling to schedule an exam is extremely time‑consuming and inefficient. It ends up feeling like a punishment for those who need accommodations and it's discouraging. I really hope NCARB updates this so the process is equitable and accessible for everyone!

  I second this. I paid for my exam a week ago and I'm still waiting for them to contact me to schedule it. Firstly, I do not understand why this has to be done on the phone. Still, I'm following the rule but NCARB isn't. I did not get a call back within 48 hours as promised. The phone number and extension provided on the website do not work. I'm still waiting to get it scheduled and do not know how to get this resolved.

  Don’t wait on them, call the PSI Center and it’ll go by faster.
