Elif Sample Question about Net Assignable area

Hi, My PA exam is coming up and I am taking Elif sample test. There is a question regarding office area and net assignable calculation. According the Problem seeking book, only service area and restroom and circulations area is not part of net assignable area. but in this sample test, Storage is not part net area as well. I am confused, I believe the storage area is part of required area for office tenant and is not part of service area. would someone explain to me what should I do during PA?

  Unfortunately, without the context of the question, it's difficult to know how this would be viewed or categorized (if on the plan, the Storage room is within a tenant's rentable area, it would be added in with the net area of the tenant's suite, but if it's a part of the Building's core and able to be used by anyone in the Building - like restrooms or Mechanical are a common area program element  - it would not be a net assignable area.) I would suggest reaching out to Elif for clarification if her answer explanation on the practice quiz doesn't help, but as a general rule of thumb, I would suggest looking at applying the logic without memorizing specific scenarios (i.e., "Storage is always X") because it's going to depend a lot on the context of the question / project's floorplan.
