Error when trying to request call from PSI to schedule exam (ESL accomodation)

Has anyone encountered the following message when trying to request a call from PSI to schedule their test: "A serious error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem still exists contact Customer Relations"?

I have ESL accomodation so I am not able to schedule my exams online and it forces me to do this request. I have been calling NCARB and filling out their contact form for the last 2 weeks and no one has given me a resolution nor contacted me. It is frustrating to have to deal with this and not being able to schedule my exam.

  I am having a similar issue! I'm not sure what the deal is with the customer service department but it seems they are nonexistent.
