I have a hard time find Contract Matrix on AIA Contract Documents website? Please help and thank you very much!

  The ARE Guidelines list a number of contract documents used for the exams, additionally you have access to sample contract documents on your NCARB Record page, under the Exams tab at Additional Resources towards the bottom of the page.

  You might be looking for this or this as well.  The first link especially is a useful one when getting to know the different contractual relationships.  The second link gives a summary of all available documents, note that the full set is outside the scope of the ARE.
