PPD study plan and resources

I have failed PPD multiple times by now and I don't know what resources to study anymore. I have black spectacles subscription and all the required books. I have also been through one round of amber book videos. 

My thoughts on books resources is that all the books have so much of fluff material which does not need to be studied so how did you strategically study books ? 

Overall, I felt good about the content that I knew but the actual exam had so many questions where it was confusing as to which logic to apply from the multiple important pieces given in the question. Any practice exam recommendation which has such hard and twisty questions ? Black spectacles practice exams seems very straight forward compared to actual one. I have gotten scores of 70+% on black spec exams.
