Score Pending for very long time!!

I have been waiting for Programming & Analysis score on my dashboard for nearly 6 months!

 

Sent 2 emails to customer service and havent heard anything back...

 

Anyone has the same issue? What should I do now?

  Have you tried calling NCARB Customer Service? If not, call 202-879-0520
