    We do want to clarify a few points for transparency. Black Spectacles does send automated email notifications prior to monthly billing; however, we understand that there are various reasons a customer may not see those messages. Regarding the support delay on Friday, our team was operating with limited coverage due to the holiday period and staff availability, which may have impacted response times.

    That said, our support team did review your request and issued a full refund on Friday, even though it was outside of our standard refund window. We’re currently reviewing all communication internally to ensure that we continue improving our response processes.

    We value all feedback and are committed to resolving issues as fairly and promptly as possible. Thank you again for taking the time to share your concerns.
