No one showed up to work the PSI center!

I make appointments weeks ago and end up no one on the test center?! Waste me 4hour drive in total!

  my psi centre opened 5 mins before the appointment. waited for 25mins outside...

  You are lucky.

  I arrived at the test center 30 minutes before my scheduled exam time and waited outside for over 1.5 hours, but no one ever showed up. There was no phone number provided to contact the test center, so I had no way to get assistance. In the end, I had to drive two hours back home without being able to take the exam. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
