EXAM SHOWING "SCORE IS PENDING" EVEN BEFORE I TOOK THE EXAM
I am extremely stressed out with NCARB right now. My exam was supposed to be yesterday at 9 AM at a testing center. However, when I showed up, they told me that they could not pull up my project management test. I checked with NCARB and they told me that there is a system error on their end where it shows "score pending" even though I have not even taken my exam. They gave me a seat credit and told me to wait 24 hours to reschedule. It has been 24 hours and I still am not able to reschedule with the website saying "eligibility pending." I have called NCARB, but no one answered. I have emailed them and still waiting for an answer. This is just a PSA to everyone to maybe wait till NCARB gets their act together before scheduling anything.

I had the same issue, I reschedule my test and the day of my original test, NCARB said 'Score Pending' as well. I was supposed to retake it today but it still says 'Score Pending'. I called and they said there is an issue with the system and will credit my seat back. Not sure when it's going to be fixed, can't take my test until the issue is resolved.

NCARB - I am still having the same issue. "Score Pending" for PPD as of 10/28, even though I was not able to even check into the PPD exam on that day. I cannot hit schedule in the PPD exam tab because it still says score pending even though the test was not taken. How and when will this be resolved? Why can I not schedule PPD if I am able to schedule other test divisions? If the seat refund is a hold-up, I can always purchase another exam seat and be refunded at a later time. I reported the issue immediately and still no resolution. Calling PSI only results in them telling me to call NCARB. When speaking with NCARB they say they have to speak with PSI. I called NCARB twice last week and this week on Monday. When on the call Monday, they stated I spoke with them twice last week already, as if calling them was a nuisance. The issue is still not resolved, even though it was said to be resolved in 3-5 business days. Please assist.

They still have not fully resolved my issue. I received a refund for the testing seat and the "score pending" status is gone. But now it says my exam eligibility has expired so I cannot schedule my exam until NCARB fixes this. I was told it would be fixed after an overnight reset but I am still waiting on the fix. It is a Friday so I'm hoping the fix is resolved before end of business day so I can finally schedule my test.
